I've worked at venues across the city and surrounding suburbs, from Newcastle East and The Hill through to Merewether and Lake Macquarie, and I know exactly how to time a getting-ready morning to keep your day on track.
For brides getting ready at hotels, I travel to Newcastle accommodation including the Crystalbrook Kingsley on King Street, NOAH'S on the Beach, and The Lucky Hotel on Hunter Street. I know these spaces well: the light, the layout, and how much time to allow in your morning so nothing feels rushed.

Before the morning arrives, I'll send a considered preparation checklist covering skin prep, hair colour timing, brow appointments, and lash prep, everything you need to walk into your morning completely ready. I'll also send a personalised morning timeline once your guest list is confirmed, so everyone knows exactly when to expect me.

I typically arrive 15–30 minutes before the first appointment to set up my kit and get comfortable in the space. Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send a personalised morning timeline so every person on your list knows exactly when to expect me.
Yes. For hair and makeup together, I style up to three people entirely by myself, four to seven with one additional talented stylist at no additional cost, and eight to ten with two additional talented stylists, so every person receives the same considered finish. For hair only or makeup only, I can personally style up to six people, since each service takes roughly half the time.
Yes. Hair and makeup previews are held at Estillo studio in Cardiff, NSW. Cardiff sits within 15 minutes of most inner Newcastle suburbs and is easily accessible from across the Lake Macquarie region. Free parking is available at the studio. I strongly recommend booking your preview 4–6 weeks before your wedding date.
A booking deposit secures your date. Cancellation terms are clearly outlined in your contract before you commit. No surprises. Newcastle Saturdays in October and November fill quickly, so I'd recommend enquiring as early as possible.
